Can I restrict my daily/weekly/monthly/yearly loss amounts on Arcade & Quick Play?

Yes. You can set loss limit amounts on a daily/weekly/monthly or yearly basis for Arcade & Quick Play, these limits apply to both Arcade & Quick Play games. If you would like to update these details, this can be done in the My Arcade Account section of the website when you are logged in.

Select the ‘Player Protection’ area. Within the Player Protection section, scroll to the area detailing your account currency. Once you have selected the Period of the limit (frequency) and amount, press ‘Set Limits’. If you are making an increase in amount or frequency, it will not take effect for 7 Days. Decreases take immediate effect. A link to our Responsible Gambling page is situated within this section. If you have any questions please contact the Helpdesk.

How do Arcade and Quick Play Loss limits work?

Arcade loss limits cover net losses (taking winnings into account) on the Arcade and Quick Play games over a rolling period.

Your Arcade Loss Limits come into effect from the moment they are set. Your net loss/win is calculated over the length of time you choose (1, 7, 30 or 365 days) looking back from the moment of placing a bet to 00:00am on the day that starts the loss limit period (1, 7, 30 or 365 days ago, according to your choice).

For instance, if you have a 7 day Arcade Loss Limit and place a bet at 11:30am on Tuesday 14th November then the check against your loss limits will be made for your net loss/win between 00.00am on Tuesday 7th November (midnight Monday 6th November) and the time of placing the bet.

A second example: if you had an Arcade Loss Limit of £500 per day and tried placing a bet at 3:00pm on Thursday the 9th November a check would be made of your net win/loss since 00.00am on Wednesday 8th November (midnight Tuesday 7th November) and the time of bet placement.

If you make your Arcade Loss Limit less restrictive, the change will come into effect 7 days later, e.g. £70 per 7 days is more restrictive than £20 per day. If you make it more restrictive the change is applied immediately.
